TreatmentReferral InformationIndividuals and their families can contact CEDC directly for an initial evaluation appointment. Referrals are also accepted from physicians, mental health professionals, college and high school counseling and health services staff, and different organizations in the community. All patients are evaluated prior to participating in CEDC's programs. A comprehensive initial evaluation determines the appropriate level of care. Prospective patients, their families, and their treaters are welcome to tour the CEDC (by appointment only). CEDC offers treatment at reasonable rates. We are providers with multiple insurance companies. We will contact your insurance carrier to gain an understanding of your insurance plan's benefits.
